What is the difference between your Seasonal Maintenance Programs and your 12 Month Maintenance Programs?
Our Seasonal Maintenance Program provides services during the “Growing Season” from March 1st to October 31st,
In contrast, our 12 Month Maintenance Program provides continuous service throughout the entire year. during the “Growing Season” from March 1st to October 31st, with weekly visits during the growing season and monthly visits November 1st to February 28th during the dormant season.
To Calculate the monthly cost for the 12 month maintenance program we divide the cost of the Seasonal Maintenance Program into monthly payments, allowing for a consistent billing cycle. This approach benefits you by spreading out the cost over the year, making it more manageable. And ensures that your yard looks its best year-round.
How do you handle payments for maintenance services?
For maintenance clients, we use secure software to store your card information. This allows us to collect payment automatically at the beginning of each month for that month’s services. There is a 3% Credit Card Fee for this payment method. We also accept check or cash payments.
Is my payment information secure?
Absolutely. We use secure, encrypted software to store your payment details, ensuring your information is protected at all times.
When will I be charged for maintenance services?
Payments are collected at the beginning of each month, covering services scheduled for that month.
What happens if my card is declined?
If your card is declined, we’ll notify you immediately so you can update your payment information. Services may be paused until payment is resolved.
Do you pick up before treating or working on my lawn?
If there are a few toys or pieces of lawn furniture, we’ll move them aside. However, if the yard is heavily cluttered with items or pet waste, we may charge an additional cleanup fee. To avoid delays or extra costs, please let us know if you’d prefer us to contact you beforehand so you can remove obstacles and clean up the yard prior to our arrival.
If a cleanup fee is necessary, how will I be charged?
If a cleanup fee is required, we will not charge your card on file. Instead, we will send you an invoice detailing the reason for the additional charge, giving you the opportunity to review and pay it separately.
